Gary Bayliss is an artist and illustrator working in England. His work is an incredible mix of detail and whimsy and thanks to Alex Johnson, we just might get to bring Gary to the US.
From the Kickstarter page: Like Audubon Society drawings from an alternate universe, Gary’s steampunk-style drawings have been England’s secret for far too long. We’re excited to bring his work to US galleries, have his sculptures cast here in America, and bring Gary himself to exhibit his work.
People who help us kickstart this project will get early access to his newest artwork, including Limited Edition Giclee prints and cast bronze sculptures, all at amazingly discounted prices. Giclee prints available through this Kickstarter project are all of the absolute highest quality available. Printed on a 310gsm 100% cotton rag paper designed explicitly to hold accurate color for hundreds of years, they are a truly archival print. Prints of this type and quality will be selling for more than double the prices we are offering them at, once they go to galleries.
