Bloody Disgusting announced that they have teamed up with Overture Films to give one lucky reader a trip to the set on April 3rd to be an extra in the movie.

(Bloody-Disgusting.com) Overture Films is setting up shop in Georgia to begin filming their remake of George A. Romero’s The Crazies, which stars Timothy Olyphant, Radha Mitchell and Joe Reegan. While most of you would normally be reading about this from our website, one of you is going to get the chance to live it live from the set!
The Breck Eisner directed film revolves around the inhabitants of a small Kansas town who are beset by death and insanity after a plane crash lets loose a secret biological weapon into the water supply.

Noticed all the cameras in Unidila, GA. Pretty exciting for a town this small.

This is the first movie that I know of that has been filmed in this small town. (Unadilla, Ga.)

Glad to have them in Cordele also. Filming at a truckstop that closed last fall. It’s always good to have new things going on especially right now.
