The Unclean

The Unclean presents, DOM,the Dark Online Magazine. Every two weeks we pull the darkest and most twisted of things from deep within the gothic industrial community and smash their world into yours.

So, in every issue, you can expect us to expose you to some amazing dark art, the sounds of darkness, some hot women of the underworld, and of course we will tempt you with some useless merch. we may even pick a few clubs or events to write about.

Since this is our premiere issue, things will be a little different this time around. We would like to introduce ourselves, to show you around a bit and to let you know who the fuck we are. We will go over what powers the site, and those that work on it shortly, but for now, let’s discuss the contents.

We use Divisive Means (aka categories) to separate the articles on TU. We hope this makes the chaos nice and tidy, it’s all about clean chaos! The divisive means that we use, directly follow our interests, so there are quite a few.

Animation covers both TV shows and movies and will include news as well as profiles of the animated things we like. It’s amazing to see how far things have come in the animated realm over the past few years. The stunning level of computerized integration that has already taken place.

Art covers graphic design, paintings, freehand, anything mixed and blended into an aesthetic arousal. The physical manifestation of greatest horror, and deepest inner beauty. Art is the reflection of our purest desire and of our most tragic loss. It keeps us dancing along the razor thin blade of sanity, always waiting to tumble into madness and ascend to salvation

Calendar carries all the special events from anywhere across the globe, each article in the event calendar will also have a fully functional Google map; if needed. Concerts, premieres, special events, etc.

Club List is the nightclub directory, also with fully functional Google maps. Simply put, its our directory of gothic, industrial, EBM nightclubs from all over the damn place! Some we have been to, thrown out of, or maybe just on the hit list.

Creature articles are the hot, naked models, writhing in blood soaked sheets, waiting to make you their next meal. Or maybe just someone interesting, someone with class, style and that unique approach. These are profiles of the people that make this culture what it is; interesting, strong, vibrant, and beautiful.

Dark Online Magazine, known as D.O.M. is the Dark Online Magazine by The Unclean. Every issue throws a black light on the darkest art, latest fashion, some hot naked goth chicks, amazing music and upcoming events in the gothic industrial community. Infected minds

Fashion, the tight, black, shiny things cover our flesh. There are many places to find and purchase clothes, boots, accessories, etc. nowadays. Putting it all together, and pulling it off, now that’s something entirely different.

Gaming is life! What better way to kill things without facing criminal charges?! From console to PC, mmorpg, to shooters, we’ll dive into every reality and fuck with every son of a bitch we can.

Music as deep as it is diverse. Even the darkest heart has a beat. It is the thumping, pulsing sound of the night that lives within us all. These are the sounds of darkness.

Behind the Scenes…
So, who the fuck are The Unclean? Well, at this time, it’s an ultra exclusive, vastly expansive party of two. Yup, you heard correctly, there are just two at this time! But not long ago, there was only one; me. My name is Bane, my partner in this filthy place is Mogul. We each have our own creature profile up (at least, under dev.) so if you want to know about us, just clickety click: Bane’s Profile & Mogul’s Profile.
We both have very different taste when it comes to style, music and art, tho we tend to be on the same page in many other regards. We do tend to smash heads from time to time, but have known each other long enough, and have enough respect to make it work. This is not the first project we’ve worked on together, but we’ll save that for another day.

What powers this website? A fuck load of caffeine, oh and wordpress. If you want a bad ass piece of free software, the open source application we use for this site is the best of the best; WordPress.org. The theme was very heavily customized by yours truly, and I also found, installed (and in some cases hacked) the plugins to make things dance the way we needed.
